About Camila

Hi, I’m Camila.

I’m a life coach, an adventurer, a storyteller, and a creatrix.

As a life coach for changemakers, I’m here to serve as your guide.

I believe that creating change in the world requires a holistic approach.

I believe that to truly create change you need to nourish all the parts of your life that allow you to thrive.

I believe that you already have the answers living within you… you just need to uncover them.

I’m here to support you in creating the life you desire.

I’m here to help you remove the shackles that are holding you back.

I’m here to ask powerful questions, challenge you, reflect back to you your awesomeness, and see you for all that you are.

After spending all day moving my entire apartment by foot, walking back and forth from my old apartment to my new one, I have a distinct memory of collapsing onto an egg carton mattress in sheer exhaustion. With only street lamp light filtering through the windows, I started making shadow puppets for some comic relief. At that point, I was living what I believed to be the changemaker’s dream. On one hand,  I was working for an incredible non-profit organization that used the lives of the Nobel Laureates to teach youth about creating change within themselves, their communities, and the world. On the other hand, I was working 24/7, had been sleeping on living room floors for over a year,  and after paying off my student loans, rent, and utility bills all I had left was $18 to get me through the month. As I was laying on that floor, making shadow puppets, I remembered something that every single Nobel Laureate I had ever worked with from Shirin Ebadi to Jody Williams,  has said…that in order to keep creating change, you need to make sure you’re first taking care of yourself.
